Combined case with a plastic surgeon;  I did an upper blepharoplasty and Dr Mark Fisher a facelift. The patient is 2 months post-op.

This is a 55 year old woman who felt that she looked older than her age due to hooded eyelids and undereye bags. Dr Levin performed an upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty with lateral brow lift and fat transfer.

Upper Blepharoplasty. 4 months after the upper blepharoplasty a small amount of hyaluronic acid gel filler was added to the upper eyelids to correct pre-existing volume loss. This was discussed and planned for prior to the surgery.

1 month after upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer. At 1 month, mild redness of the incisions is expected, and usually goes away by 2-4 months after surgery.

This patient felt that she looked tired and aged.  Dr. Levin performed an upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty with CO2 laser and fat transfer to make her look more refreshed but natural.

This woman was bothered by the hooding and uneven appearance of her eyelids. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty to address her concerns. Her eyes look more even, refreshed and natural after surgery. The results last 10-15 years, for most people. 

This woman has always had full upper eyelids. However, over the past few years she has felt that they have gotten worse and made her look tired and weary. She wished to improve that but look natural. Dr. Levin performed an upper blepharoplasty to achieve those goals.

This patient complained of undereye bags and dark circles, and that her upper eyelid skin was starting to sag.  Dr. Levin performed a lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty with fat transfer and CO2 laser. She also had an upper blepharoplasty to open and refresh her upper eyelid but maintain their natural shape and fullness.
