The outcome of each procedure is a function of the technical and artistic skills of the surgeon performing them and the tissues and anatomy of the individual patient.

Dr. Levin’s current price structure is listed below. Anesthesia, whether oral sedation, twilight sedation, or general anesthesia, depends on the specific procedure and the patient’s health. The anesthesia/facility cost is given separately.

Price starting at $8,000

Upper eyelid skin laxity and hooding are among the earliest signs of facial aging. Using a meticulous technique and a hidden incision, Dr. Levin’s upper eyelid blepharoplasty creates a beautiful, natural restoration of the upper eyelid, making the eyes look awake and refreshed.

 Price starting at $10,000

Under-eye bags and dark circles can make someone look drawn and tired even when they feel energized and rested.  Under-eye bags and dark circles may occur unrelated to aging or become apparent as the thin eyelid tissues lose their elasticity and support. Dr. Levin combines the most modern techniques using fat transposition and fat transfer to leave the patient looking natural and refreshed. CO2 laser resurfacing is used to improve skin elasticity in candidates.

 Price starting at $8,000

Ptosis is a droop of the eyelid itself, not just the skin. Ptosis often makes patients look tired or sleepy.  It is corrected by tightening the eyelid muscle either through an internal (scarless) incision or externally through the skin. Ptosis repair is often combined with blepharoplasty surgery when both are necessary.

 Price starting at $10,000

As we age, the brow's tail often drops, contributing to hooded skin in the outer portion of the eyelid. Most commonly, only the outer part of the brow needs to be lifted to contour it and further improve eyelid surgery results. Dr. Levin can hide the incisions behind the hairline and contour and lift the brow for a natural, brighter look to the eyes.

 Price starting at $6,000-10,000

Modern fat grafting techniques help patients look younger and achieve a natural-looking, long-lasting, rejuvenated facial appearance. Facial fat transfer injects fat back into hollow areas to help restore the facial volume and support the areas of the face that make it look youthful.

The procedure takes fat from one area of the body, processes it into smooth micro-fat, and injects it into another site to add volume and smooth facial lines and wrinkles. This works as a natural filler with long-lasting results.

Restoration of lost volume is an integral part of modern eyelid surgery. For this reason, fat transfer to the undereye and cheek area is included at no extra charge with lower blepharoplasty.
